Power Button
The Power button is located on the top right-hand side of the Cricut and is used for turning the power on and off. When the machine is turned off and closed, pressing the power button will open the top and bottom compartments at the same time. |

Speed Dial
The Speed dial is located on the top left-hand side and is used for adjusting the speed at which the machine cuts depending on the material. For example, a heavy cardstock would require a lower speed to allow the machine time to make a clean cut (refer to your manual for recommended speed settings for different stocks). Rotate the dial up or down to change the speed. The LCD display will also change letting you know the selected speed. |

Pressure Dial
The Pressure dial is located on the bottom left-hand side and is used for adjusting the pressure at which the machine cuts. Again refering to your Cricut manual will give you the correct pressure for the selected material you are cutting as it will be different for each type. The LCD display will also show which setting you have selected. |

Size Dial
The Size dial is located on the right-hand side and this is where you can select the size you would like to cut at, from 1 inch up to 5.5 inches. |

Cut Button The Cut button is used when you have made all your cutting choices and are ready to cut your paper which has been loaded into the Cricut machine. |
