What we recommend:
> Zig Squeeze and Roll Pen
> Spray Adhesive
> Scrap Dots
There are a number of adhesives that you can use to attach delicate shapes. You may have cut the shape from your Cuttlebug, Cricut or any other die-cutting machine, or it may be a pre-made shape or embellishment that you wish to use.
My favourite adhesive for fine detail is the Zig Squeeze and Roll pen. It has a ball tip on the end and is very easy to use and run around the fine shapes with glue. All you need to do is use it like a pen on the back of the shape you need to adhere and roll it around until you have enough glue on the areas you need. The glue comes out blue in colour from the pen so you can see where you have been but will then dry clear.
If you want a complete and even coverage to your shape, you can use a spray adhesive. If you want to see a quick and no-mess way of using spray adhesive for adhering your vellum, please watch the video How to Adhere Vellum to Your Pages.
You can also use Scrap Dots if you are working with delicate shapes and you also want to add dimension. Trying to trim down foam tape to shape it into fine lines can be very difficult.
